How long does it take to receive my order after it is placed?

Standard shipping at $11.99 is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. We also have rush shipping options available. All rush service purchases are guaranteed. For more information on our Shipping Policy, please click here.

Has my order shipped?

To check the status of your order, please click FIND MY ORDER at the top of the page and fill in the requested information. This will allow you to review status in real time of your order. Once your order ships, you will see updated information on this page as well as receive an email with your tracking number.

We recommend downloading the Deliveries App for iOS or Android. This app notifies you of any deliveries you have coming to your address after signing up.

If I ordered Announcements and a Diploma Frame, will they arrive separately?

Most frequently, the announcement package will be inside the box on the back side of the frame. In rare instances, the Announcement package will ship ahead of the frame.

How do I make a change to my order?

To make a change to an already completed order, please click here. Rush orders only have 1 hour after being placed to make changes, while Standard orders have 6 hours. Changes requested outside of this time frame cannot be guaranteed and may incur a fee.

I am missing an item from my order.

We apologize for this inconvenience. If there was not a paper enclosed with your order regarding the missing item, please fill out this form with the missing items. We will issue the replacement order and have it shipped out right away.

One of my items arrived damaged.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Please take pictures of the damaged items as well as the box and email them to us for quality control purposes. Also, please include the quantity of items damaged and we will have them replaced right away.
